When it comes to mental wellness, one size does not fit all. I work with individuals to tailor a therapy experience that will help them succeed in life by working together to help manage any emotional, mental, or societal stresses. I will take the time to get to know the individual and how their issues and concerns are affecting their lives. I provide individuals with a non-judgmental space to process thoughts and feelings.

What Therapy with Me Looks Like:
My goal as a future licensed professional counselor is to guide clients through self exploration to evolve into the best version of themselves possible. My focus is to work with young adults, ages 18 and older who struggle with depression and anxiety. I aim to create a safe space for all clients to feel seen while working collaboratively through their experiences and struggles.
About Me:
My name is Samantha but I also go by Sam. I am currently a student at Texas A&M Kingsville pursuing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my free time, I enjoy parenting my two fur babies, painting, and watching movies.
