About My Practice:
My practice focuses on the deep emotions that have shaped past and current experiences. Individuals gain clarity and balance in their experience of life’s emotions to move into openness, responsiveness and full engagement of life. Couples gain a deeper understanding of their relationship and negative patterns to move into a safe haven with each other to feel close, secure, and responded to. Families gain connection, flexibility, and resilience in their relationships to move into a more trusting, supportive environment.
